Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and a brief reason for the return to receive your prepaid shipping label.

  Secure the Ceramics

  Carefully wrap your items in their original eco-friendly packaging and padding to ensure they are protected from breakage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided return label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our studio receives and inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
