Are Kiln Crafts ceramics microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, all our stoneware pieces are fired at high temperatures to ensure durability. They are 100% safe for use in both the microwave and dishwasher, though hand-washing is recommended to extend the life of the glaze.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Depending on your location, shipping usually takes between 5-8 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your package departs our studio.
What happens if my ceramics arrive broken?
We take great care in packaging our fragile items, but accidents can happen. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and the packaging within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement immediately.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Kiln Crafts ships to the United States, Canada, and the UK. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.
Can I return an item if I change my mind?
We want you to love your home decor. If you are not satisfied, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days for a full refund, minus shipping costs.
Are the glazes used lead-free and food-safe?
Absolutely. Safety is our priority. All glazes used on our dinnerware and kitchen accessories are non-toxic, lead-free, and certified food-safe.
